I'm always on the hunt for good products I can eat at work having only a microwave available. These are things I nosh on when I don't have any leftovers from fabulous recipes I've tested. I was pretty excited about the prospect of a cheesy lasagna slice that was ready in only two minutes.

The picture sold me. I thought, huh, if this is good, this is pretty great value for the money and lasagna is always a vibe. Well, things spiraled you guys. Head to the BYPASS or BUY page for my scathing review of this slab of lackluster lasagna.

It really doesn't get any easier for a snack / app than these Crispy Chik'n Pesto Parm Bites. I whipped these up in a flash and let me tell you, they're snackable AF. I couldn't stop noshing you guys lol

It's as simple as baking off some Impossible nuggies until crisp and golden. Then, some sandwich sliced mozzarella, prepared red pesto, and a few more minutes in the oven. Once the cheese is melty, I served them up with some Ranch on the side for dipping because your boy is basic lol

Buffalo Butter Beans

Y'all already know I love me some butter beans. They're gigantic, silky, and so smooth and creamy. Definitely one of my favourite beans by far. I whipped up this creamy Buffalo skillet that's spicy, creamy, and perfectly paired with some grilled bread.

It's as simple as sautéing some garlic, onion, celery, and finger hot peppers until tender. Then, the butter beans, some seasoning, and a combination of broth, buffalo sauce, and cream. Once that simmers to a thick and creamy sitch, I finished them with grana padano.

Garnished with a drizzle of Ranch, some green onions, salty, tangy feta, and some fresh cilantro. You can eat them right outta the skillet, or serve them up with some grilled bread for extra substance. Spicy, creamy, and delish. Head to the RECIPES page.

Ma's Maple Pecan Banana Oat Bread

After receiving my goodies from Food Social for their fall baking campaign, I knew I had to create some gorgeous baked goodies which is not necessarily my forte. With that being said, this gluten-free naner bread was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT you guys. 

I used my mom's basic banana bread recipe as the base, but played around with the ingredients to create this gorgeous variety. Brown sugar and good quality maple syrup bring the sweetness with the bananas. I used Primal Palate gluten-free flour, Lark Ellen Farms sprouted pecans, gluten-free quick oats, and good vanilla & cinnamon.

Then, it's just a matter of mixing it all together and baking in a loaf pan until golden and perfect. The smell as it baked was just so perfect. I served my slices warm with ice cream and Mixed Up Foods Maple Bliss butter. So divine. Head to the RECIPES page.

Cheesy Buffalo Corn Dip

Break out the tortilla chips y'all, there's a new dip on the block and you're going to be obsessed. When I was recently gifted some products from Food Social, they included a corn milk from Maizly that I immediately knew I wanted to make a creamy corn dip with.

I started by sautéing some garlic, pep flakes, long hot peppers, onion, and bell pepper until soft. Then, fresh cob corn, some seasoning, and a sprinkle of Primal Palate Gluten-Free All Purpose Flour. Once that absorbed, I went in with a combination of the corn milk and heavy cream. 12 minutes of simmering and thickening & it was time to finish it off.

I went with a combination of old cheddar, cream cheese, and Monterey Jack until melty and gorgeous. Then, I finsihed it off with some spicy Buffalo sauce, Blue Cheese Dressing, crumbled feta, cilantro, and green onions. Spicy, cheesy, creamy, and absolutely delish. Head to the RECIPES page!

Creamy Ravioli & Meatballs

This creamy ravioli skillet couldn't be easier or take less time to put together. The lengthiest part is forming the meatballs, everything comes together super quickly and the end result is absolutely divine.

While my meatballs baked off, I made a quick creamy sauce that featured heat, garlic, onions, and good wine. As that thickened up, I added the meatballs to the cream sauce and let them simmer while I boiled the fresh ravioli.

Once combined, some pasta water, grana padano, and fresh parsley to finish. The end result is perfectly tender ravioli, juicy meatballs, and a lush cream sauce that couldn't have been easier to make. Head to the RECIPES page.

Is there a better fall dessert than Apple Crisp? I mean, it's got to be one of the most delicious and easy to put together desserts that comes out so gloriously golden and bubbly. That's why when I received my products from Food Social for their Cozy Baking Event, I knew this was what I wanted to make.

I actually hadn't made apple crisp since I was very young, so I jotted down some ideas and went shopping. I used a combination of Granny Smith & Honeycrisp for a tart / sweet balance and made a buttery crisp topping that I generously packed on top.

The smell as it was baking totally brought me back to my childhood. My mom made a mean apple crisp, and that cinnamon and brown sugar aroma was like, so enticing and nostalgic. This crisp was absolutely divine y'all, so get on over to the RECIPES page and make it for yourself!

Fall Vibes - Creamy Tomato Soup

Fall weather is finally here y'all and I couldn't be happier. What a Hollywood Hanger-Oner summer was this year. We were hitting almost 90 degrees the first week of October which is simply absurd lol. However, the cooler temps are here and soup is on the menu starting with this super simple and delicious Creamy Tomato Soup.

I cooked down some veg, garlic, and pepper flakes, followed by a few glugs of Pinot Grigio. Then, good San Marzano tomatoes, tomato paste, and veg broth to a boil. Fresh basil, sugar, & salt, simmered fo3 a quick 30 minutes and blended with cream. I finished the soup with grana padano and that was that. Creamy, dreamy, easy to make, and delicious. Served up with grilled cheese of course, this was the perfect start to fall soup season. Head to the RECIPES page.
