What's a good temperature for roasting vegetables? In most cases, it's safe to roast between 400 - 450. There are some cases where you may find 375 F on the low end but 400 - 450 F is generally the temperature you want to achieve a nice, caramelized outside.
It's always good to GOOGLE. Look at other recipes for information and compare cooking temperatures. I do it all the time! Nothing wrong with looking for help!

Stemming mushrooms without destroying the caps can be tricky. I have 2 tips for stemming them flawlessly every time!
1. Hold the cap in the palm of your hand gently cupping it. Use the other hand to grab the tip of the stem and begin rotating it clockwise. Generally this will loosen it enough to simply pop out. OR 2. Take a steak knife and slice around the stem to loosen it and pull it out. I prefer the first step, seems to work perfectly every time! HAPPY VEG |
