Goat's Chz Triscuit Bites

WHAT YOU NEED

• 10 x Triscuit Crackers (I used Cracked Pepper & Olive Oil but any savoury flavour would work)
• 1/2 140g Herbed Goat's Cheese
• 1 Tbsp. Good Quality Honey
• Pepperoncini In Oil
• A couple Sundried Tomatoes from a jar packed in oil
• Fresh Parsley
• Serve with - Fresh Fruit 

DIRECTIONS

• In a small bowl, add the honey and start pouring in some of the chili oil from the jar of pepperoncini. Bring along some of the actual peppers too! Whisk to combine after you've added your desired amount of chili oil. The more oil you add, obviously the spicier we get but also the hot honey becomes easier to drizzle.
• Lay out your Triscuits and start by topping each one with a nice slice of the herbed goat's cheese. It's kind of crumbly sometimes so if you have a couple pieces, just press them down on the Triscuit with your knife to smooth it out. Next, spoon some of the hot honey on top of each Triscuit. Chop up a sundried tomato or two and add a couple chopped pieces to the top of each Triscuit followed by a crack of pepper and a sprinkling of fresh parsley.
• Serve these babies up with some fruit like grapes or berries as they pair well with the heat / goat's cheese.
• This recipe is super easy to double or triple if needed for larger gatherings. It's also super easy just to make one batch simply for yourself as I did to enjoy lol
