PC Brand Plant-Based Broths

New product alert! Have you guys had the opportunity to try President's Choice Plant-Based Chicken & Beef broths? They are absolutely fabulous and really take your dishes to the next level. 

The chicken broth would be your general use broth. It's a bit milder in flavour and colour and gives your soups, stews, and other dishes a real authentic taste. It's also the perfect broth to use for a dish that traditionally relies on the flavours of chicken broth. Infused with veggies, seasonings, and yeast extract for savouriness, it's a multi-purpose broth for everyday use.

The beef broth is special because it really gives that spectacular brown colour to your dish. It's robustly flavoured and works well in dishes like stroganoffs, stews, and soups. Perfect substitute for dishes that rely on that rich brown colour or are synonymous with beef flavour.

One thing to keep in mind however is that these are NOT low sodium. If you're coming from using low sodium vegetable broth as I often do, you have to be mindful of your addition of salt in your recipe. Make sure to taste every step of the way to ensure over salting doesn't ruin your dish.
