Garden Lites - Broccoli Brown Rice Bites

Another day, another product from Garden Lites. This shopping trip, I picked up their Broccoli & Brown Rice bites anticipating that they would be just as delicious as the kale version and I was 100% right!

These little mini bites are so flavourful and delicious, pillowy and airy inside, and super easy to snack on. The package comes with 12 bites and despite their size, one could very easily snack on the entire box.

I found these to be a bit more flavourful than the kale version but equally as eggy inside with egg whites being the 3rd ingredient. These are definitely NOT a VEGAN product so keep that in mind. 

At the end of the day, they're worth the money, they're packed with veggies, and they make a wonderful snack in place of less healthy snacks like chips or crackers. 

Pick up a box and look out for the rest of their line of frozen goodies all with added veggies to make things just a little healthier. I always say, every meal has an opportunity to slip in one more vegetable and this brand certainly sits in line with that motto!
