BYPASS or BUY - Impossible Nuggets

If there's one thing I hope everyone knows about me at this point, it's my love and obsession with nugs. They're easily one of my favourite snacks on the planet, so when I see a new brand of nug, I'm ready for a snack attack. Now, not all nugs are created equally as I've discovered on this journey of nug exploration. The texture of the "meat" matters. The breading / batter is so important. The flavour of course! There's a lot I'm looking for when I bite in to a plant-based nug. 

Spotting the Impossible Nuggets felt like...my destiny. I spotted them in the freezer section of the market but they were the only bag and they were not in the right spot, almost as though someone had put them reconsidered their purchase. That bag caught my attention so quickly and I eagerly ran over to snatch the only bag they had. I've been waiting for the Impossible nugs y'all, so how did they stack up?

Out of the bag, they looked like any other frozen nug, nothing spectacular. Once baked, they smelled like nugs, looked like a nice nug, and had me excited to dig in. My first thought was that the breading could have gotten a bit more colour for my liking, but that's not a determining factor for me. Anyways, flavour and texture of the "meat" were perfection. I loved the flavour, found they had a good chew to them, and couldn't stop myself from eating more. The only flaw I found was with the breading. I didn't LOVE the breading, as I think I prefer a batter over a breading so I found it a little bit crumbly and not as crispy as I would have liked.

That being said, I ate the entire tray in one sitting. 

BYPASS or BUY

BUY - Outside of the fact that the breading wasn't my favourite, everything else about the Impossible Nugs hit the spot. They had great texture and flavour, and great snackability. As I said, I demolished the entire tray myself which I think says it all folks. Definitely try these out and let me know what y'all thought.
