Good Catch Foods - New England Crab Cakes

In all honesty, I didn't eat a lot of seafood growing up, so it's kind of exciting that there are plant-based versions of some of the things that I didn't get the opportunity to try before I went vegetarian at 15 years old. I spotted some products from GOOD CATCH FOODS for the first time on my most recent shopping trip and I'm super enticed to say the least. I love the packaging and the crab cakes themselves look pretty delicious. I really had to look the box over a couple of times to ensure it was entirely plant-based because everything looks pretty seafoody. I don't know exactly what I'm expecting them to be like but I'll post about them as soon as I give them a go.

GARDEIN - Stuffed Turk'y

These have been on my radar for a couple of years, but I've honestly never seen them around the holidays which would be when I'd normally be looking for something like this. When I spotted them on my most recent trip, I knew I was going to be enjoying a little Christmas meal in April lol. I expect them to be delicious because I love the entire GARDEIN line. I can see one of these paired up with some creamy mashed taters, a little gravy, and a nice big salad to round everything out. Fingers crossed they've been worth the wait!

GOOD CATCH FOODS - Thai Style Fish Cakes

Another one from GOOD CATCH FOODS, I'm super excited about their Thai Style Fish cakes. Once again, I don't think this is something I've ever really eaten in the past so I'm expecting an entirely new experience with these. I peeped their website and they take plant-based seafood seriously I'll tell ya. They have a pretty decent line of products which obviously includes these Thai style fish cakes. I can see these sitting on my plate with a nice fresh salad on the side. Looking forward to this one!

PC BRAND - Plant-Based Breakfast Links

Embarrassingly, these have been in my freezer for a few weeks now. I get to menu planning and never remember they're in there until after I've already brunched. I'm determined to get them on my plate and into my stomach in the near future. Breakfast links were definitely in my top 3 before going vegetarian. I've had both successes and failures with some of the PC Brand plant-based products, but after reading the reviews, it seems that these links are the real deal. I'll post about them once I finally tear into the package!
