      BEYOND MEAT BREAKFAST PATTIES

For me, a good breakfast sandwich needs all of the pieces of the puzzle to be truly perfect. You need a crispy, baked / fried hashbrown, a perfectly fried sunny side up egg, creamy avocado, pickled hot peppers, and some kind of meaty component. I've tried a variety of breakfast sausages from other companies like Gardein and Yves and they've been ok, but I was especially excited to try the Beyond brand after a successful burger tasting. 

The patties are large and fit perfectly on an english muffin which was point number one for these patties. Second point? The smell! When they start sizzling away in their glorious juices, the smell is super enticing to me. The only way I can describe the smell is savoury and hunger inducing. In terms of taste, they hit every mark. They're juicy, a bit spicy, savoury, and incredibly meaty, all the things I want from a vegan breakfast patty. In fact, I would say I prefer these over the Beyond Burgers and considering my staunch love for anything burger, that's quite an accomplishment.

BYPASS or BUY - - BUY! Guys, if you can get your hands on these, you won't be disappointed. As I said, they're juicy, super savoury, flavourful, and the perfect addition to your breakfast routine. By far one of my favourite vegan meats on the market and definitely my favourite breakfast patty of all the ones I've tried. Also, I hear they've introduced a spicy version which frankly, I'm slayed.
