Jalapeno Hot Sauce

I just LOVE hot sauce! In my fridge, I have a shelf dedicated solely to hot sauces. They add so much flavour and kick to nearly every dish you can think to pour them on!

Several regions across the world lay claim to their own variety of hot sauce. Hot sauces vary by colour, ingredients, and usually the pepper most involved in giving the hot sauce its kick!

This particular version I'm sharing with you today is one of my absolute favourites!

GREEN PEPPER SAUCE, a TABASCO Brand product.

What makes this hot sauce immediately different than most brands is its green colour. Using the Jalapeno as its pepper powerhouse gives it this distinguishable green colour.

It's quite mild in comparison to every other hot sauce I'd ever tried which makes it the perfect hot sauce to introduce people to spice. It's so easy to slip it into dishes where you're unsure of everyone's tolerance levels to spice and it tastes amazing!

You might have to do a little searching for it but it's worth the look! I've seen their other varieties in local grocers but this tasty green version I've only seen at my local fruit market so keep your eyes peeled!
