IMPOSSIBLE BEEF

When it comes to everyday cooking, I prefer the Impossible Foods Beef over any of the other varieties I've tried. It's the perfect beef substitute in my recipes because it's not too greasy, cooks just like beef, and provides a meaty texture / flavour without being overwhelming. Unlike the Beyond Beef, I don't find that it imparts such a "beef" flavour, allowing the other ingredients in your recipe to really shine with support from the Impossible beef.

My absolute favourite thing to make with Impossible beef is meatballs. They're so juicy and so tender, they're my absolute fave. Peep my meatball recipe below!

SOL CUISINE CHIK'N BITES

You guys know I'm a sucker for nugs. I love chik'n nugs, they're easily one of my favourite things to eat when I get a little snack attack, and these Sol Cuisine chik'n bites are easily my favourite on the market. I can't walk passed these in the market without snatching a bag to keep my freezer stocked.

They're so crispy out of the oven, it's heavenly. They're also so incredibly juicy and tender on the inside, ugh, I'm drooling. If you haven't tried these, you MUST get yourself a bag and see what I'm fussing about. Screw all of the other nugs and just get these, they're remarkable.

GARDEIN FISHLESS FILETS

These are a recent favourite of mine that I reintroduced for a taco recipe I was putting together. I tried them a long time ago but found them to be too fishy. I've since eaten fish regrettably so now I find these to be literal perfection and not too fishy at all. 

These little fishless filets are so crispy out of the oven and so tasty. They do have a slight fish flavour but one that's enjoyable and suitable for the product. I love these as a snack to be honest, but I'll also eat them with a nice salad on the side. They're just a great addition to your meatless routine. Peep my fish taco recipe below!

BEYOND BURGERS

While I can sometimes find the beef to be overwhelming in flavour, there's no comparison when it comes to the burgers. The Beyond Meat burgers are so flavourful and so incredibly juicy & delicious, definitely my favourite burger patty to date.

They sear so beautifully in a skillet and get the most glorious crust action. They're also so delicious on the grill, I'm a sucker for grill marks. Like I said, definitely my fave burger to enjoy when the feeling strikes.
