Wholly Veggie - Sweet Carrot Curry Patties

My second review of a Wholly Veggie patty comes after the first one was such a success. I was extremely pleased with the Garlicky Greens burger, everything from texture to flavour really hit the right notes with me. That's why I knew I was destined to try and review their other two burger varieties starting with their Sweet Carrot Curry burgers.

Much like their other burgers, you can expect to find wholesome and fresh ingredients. This particular burger is loaded with vitamin a packed carrots, protein rich lentils, and the mild smell and flavour of curry. Frying these up, my hunger was ignited with the smell of curry, which happens to be one of my favourite smells and flavours. It's hard for me to ignore my love for curry.

They cook up really easily in a lightly oiled pan and get a nice brown crust when fried while retaining their vibrant yellow colour inside. They cook up in very little time and work well with a variety of toppings. Just be mindful of the fact that they do have a sweet curry flavour when deciding your toppings. Obviously, ketchup wouldn't be my first suggestion when picking condiments. 

You can find Wholly Veggie burgers in selected Supermarkets and Health Food Stores in the produce section. They come 4 to a pack and have a printed expiry date to be mindful of. Also, the burgers are VEGETARIAN and contain egg white powder.
