Broccoli Cheddar Au Gratins

Another perfect pairing here with my Broccoli Cheddar Au Gratin potatoes and they're probs the easiest version I've put out. No pre-cooking, no blanching, simply assembly and patience as it bakes for an hour and a half.

Layers of thinly sliced russets, broccoli florets, garlic, sliced onions, seasonings & herbs, and a combination of cheeses, smothered in cream and cheese, and baked to bubbly, golden perfection.

Calabrian Chili Pesto Risotto

Ok you guys, this is probably the easiest risotto you're ever going to make, and it's absolutely delicious too! We're keeping it simple with this risotto, featuring a combination of both fresh, and pantry items, to create a flawless risotto in under 45 minutes.

One of my fave ingredients right now is President's Choice Calabrian Chili Pesto. It's got that beautiful orangey red hue, and it's also got such a delicious flavour. It's not hot, but has some pepper flavour that's so yummy. Along with pesto, some wine, shallots, garlic, lemon, and cheese. That's literally it and you've got this gloriously creamy and wonderful risotto.

Hot Cheetos & Jals Skillet Shells

Not gonna lie, I'm having a bit of fun with this piling sh!t on top of creamy mac and cheese deal. This cheesy shell recipe is like a blank canvas for gorgeous toppings. It's a simple, cheese forward skillet that lends itself to whatever fun toppings you want to pile on top of it.

This version is so fun and so delicious! We've got our cheesy skillet shells, blistered under the broiler with some sliced jalapenos. Then, we're topping it with a good quality ranch drizzle followed by additional jalapenos, crushed Hot Cheetos, and green onions.

My favourite part of this is that Hot Cheetos crunch in every gooey, cheesy bite. That crunch is just so welcome and those hot Cheetos are undeniably delicious. Head to the RECIPES page.

Guaco Tacos

I'm just going to start off by saying that I'm almost 100% certain that the name I chose for these tacos is not original, and probably copyrighted by some large company lol if they suddenly have a name change, you'll know why lol

I love these tacos because I went with hard shells again, I'm in a little bit of a hard shell phase. Inside these ranch-dusted shells, there's guacamole, seasoned and browned Impossible crumble, Mexican pinto beans, packaged Mexican inspired rice, romaine, onion, cheddar, hot sauce, sour cream, and heaps of fresh cilantro.

They just work. The creamy, cool guac is so delicious against all of the hot toppings. You get shredduce which is like, my fave thing. You get heat, flavour, crunch, and happiness. Want in? Head to the RECIPES page.

Breakfast Scram Burritos

H A P P Y N E W Y E A R !

Happy New Year everyone! I hope that the night brought you whatever you had planned. For me, it was being in bed early and doing absolutely nothing which was a mission accomplished lol

Felt like the right time to put out my Breakfast Scram Burritos. New Year's day is a no rules sort of sitch when it comes to eats. Breakfast for breakfast, brunch, or even dinner is fine with me, and these brekkie burritos are absolutely delish!

Roasted potatoes, old cheddar, egg scramble, black beans, salsa, green onions, and hot sauce, wrapped up and grilled to perfection. You can't really beat these! Make sure to keep a fork handy to gobble up everything that might fall out as you eat!
