Hey Guys <3
My very first e cookbook will be live tomorrow for sale on Amazon through Kindle and I couldn't be more excited and proud that this has finally come to fruition. I can't tell you guys how difficult it is to actually put together a book like this, I was definitely under prepared for the amount of work it takes to get everything together,m organized, and formatted properly to be sold. It was such a challenge that spanned over several months but now that it will be live, every ounce of effort I put into it was worth it!
Happy Veg - Month of Mains features 30 main course vegetarian meals that serve 3 to 4 people and take the, "What's for Dinner?" our of your day for an entire month. The book features recipes I've personally written, tested, and enjoyed and now I'm so excited to have a little book put together for you guys to have access to on your tablets or smart phones. The book is $4.29 U.S. and is available in over 12 different countries through amazon so no matter where you are, you can take a little piece of me home with you <3
My focus for my next couple books will be similar in length with 30 to 50 recipes I've personally written and tested but I will be working with my DSLR camera and really putting my all into food photography. Although the pictures in this book are wonderful, there's always room for improvement and I'm fully aware of this. When I get back to Canada and have access to my own kitchen and space again, I will be renovating the blog to give it a more professional touch along with really amping up the food photography to reflect my true passion for vegetarian cooking.
With that being said, Happy Veg - Month of Mains is my very first baby and I really hope those of you who decide to purchase the book enjoy the recipes. I welcome any and all feedback regarding the recipes, design, and tips from those of you who have written or published your own books. I've failed a lot in my life and this has allowed me to truly open up to all comments and suggestions. In life, there's always room to grow and improve :)
When the book goes live tomorrow, I will share the link to amazon through all of my social media platforms, here on the blog, and make a direct link to amazon available on the home page of my blog. Thank you all so much once again for sticking by me through my travels. I know the recipes have been missing but I've written dozens of ideas out here and will be hitting the ground running when I return.
