I`ve got some tasty items on the menu this week and I can`t wait to try them out!
1. Mini Pepper Pinwheels
I've eaten these countless times and never made them. They are so easy to prepare and so delicious. Really gorgeous on the plate and it doesn't take a lot of ingredients to yield lots of them! Loads of fresh mini peppers and cream cheese make for a delicious snack!
2. Pizza Pasta Bake
You must all know by now I have a love for pasta bakes. They are so easy and delicious, it's hard not to love them. This one I'm thinking will take all those classic pizza ingredients and bake them to bubbly perfection. This is going to be good!
3. Greek Saladschnetta
I am hoping this turns out as great as it sounds. Nice crispy, baked baguettes topped with classic Greek salad ingredients. Not only a nice hot vs cold contrast but I think the flavours will be wonderful!
I will be working all weekend and likely unable to post any new recipes. I'll be back at it starting Monday!

I've always loved to cook. it was something I enjoyed watching my mother do growing up. This website was a way for me to not only distract myself in the wake of my mothers illness but also to learn more about vegetarian cooking, ingredients, and methods of preparation. I am so happy with its current success and looking forward to the future with each of you!

Simple ingredients, excellent flavour.
Ever since the moment I tried Ditali I was in love. They are dense and extremely flavourful. They are commonly used in soups because of their size and likely their density. I thought using them like this would be a wonderful twist on a lasagne with its layers of pasta, cheese, zucchini, and fresh tomato sauce.

I wanted to inform you all of an issue I've encountered with the site. I will not be able to upload the view able copies of my recipes to the site for the time being because the document uploading site that WEEBLY uses (SCRIBD) is running extremely slow. They are working on fixing the issue.

Recipe 3 this week originally was going to be my ricotta, zucchini, and basil pizza which I was quite looking forward to. Unfortunately I worked mid nights for the last 3 days and it has thrown me right off of my routine.
I will be sharing the pizza with you all very soon but in the meantime enjoy this recipe for lemony cucumber salad. Very simple to whip up and absolutely delicious. Lemon takes this salad from fresh to refreshing, Everyone will just love it!
