Botswana Lifts Hunting Ban on Elephants

Despite elephants being listed as "endangered" on the Endangered Species LIst, Botswana has lifted the bans on hunting elephants. Once global air travel returns to normal, hunters will fly in from all over the world looking for the opportunity to hunt and kill these majestic animals. Roasted Artichokes

Artichokes are absolutely delicious and super fun to eat. Peeling away each of the leaves and scraping the delicious flesh away with your teeth is both fun and super flavourful. As you peel away, anticipation builds for the moment you make it to the tender heart of the artichoke, arguably the best part of the entire thing.

Mini Hasselbacks

I've yet to meet a potato I didn't like and hasselback potatoes happen to be one of my very favourite ways to enjoy potatoes. Each individual slice gets so crispy and delicious while the bottom portion of the potato stays creamy and delectable on the inside. They're perfect!

With that in mind, I decided to go ahead and make them mini for an addictive snack / app you won't be able to resist. Basted in oil, vinegar, parsley, and spices, these miniature taters get so crispy in the oven and look so cute to boot.

Beyond Meat Meatballs

Modelled after a recipe my mother used to make, these meatballs have everything you need and they're so simple to whip up. Featuring Beyond Beef, sauteed veg, and cooked brown rice, these delightful meatballs bake up so wonderfully and hold their shape perfectly after cooking.
