Buttery Mushroom Ditali

This recipe actually came about after I had written and tested my recipe for Mushroom Stroganoff. I had an abundance of leftover ingredients and needed to come up with something delicious to use everything up.

This recipe features cremini mushrooms, a plethora of fresh, summery herbs, some funky grana padano cheese, and copious amounts of butter and pasta water to create a lusciously delicious pasta dish you guys will absolutely love.

Lawsuits Aimed at Preventing Slaughter of Wolves / Bears and babies in their Dens

A lawsuit has been filed to protect Alaska's grizzlies and wolves after a decision to allow for the slaughter of entire families in their dens was permitted. Even more despicable, the slaughter of predators is solely for the overpopulation of caribou and moose which ultimately will be hunted as well. Pesto Caprese Pinwheels

Growing up, I used to make so many variations of this fun little snack that uses Pillsbury crescent roll dough. I used to love whipping these up because they are so easy, cook super quickly, and can be customized to any flavour combo you desire.

I went with a Caprese pesto twist for this batch. Prepared pesto, sundried tomatoes, melty mozzarella, thinly sliced hothouse tomatoes, and grana padano cheese, all rolled up and baked until golden brown and delicious. They're savoury, light, and as I mentioned, a cinch to prepare in a pinch!

New Bill in the US Aims to Re home all Animals used in Testing

The Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife Services is tasked with protecting the endangered grey wolves in the state and somehow they've managed to slaughter 34 of them for conflicts with the livestock industry. Mushroom Stroganoff

I've actually had this idea on the back burner for what feels like years. I've wanted to create my own recipe for Mushroom Stroganoff now for some time and when I was writing it, I was so excited to finally be able to create my own version of this super rich and delicious dish.

Featuring cremini and button mushrooms, sour cream, Pinto Grigio, and Grana Padano cheese, this is a dish that's so comforting, so savoury, and so absolutely delicious.
