3 Themed Menus coming up!

Having a theme when you set out to create a meal makes shopping so much easier. Themed meals can revolve around similar ingredients or even a style of cuisine that sets the tone for the menu and ambiance of the meal. I've got 3 fun themed menus coming up and I am already in the kitchen working things out!

• Week 1 is my Fiesta Week! Lots of fresh, flavourful dishes and beautiful colours. Having a fiesta is such a fun direction to take and even a great theme for a party! Lots of green onions, avocados, beans, tomatoes, and fiesta flavours are showing up at this party and I can't wait to have y'all over for dinner!
  

• Week 2 is centered around my new favourite ingredient, (at the moment) Pesto! Pesto can be used in so many fun ways and the week's dishes are going to rely on Pesto to really amp up the flavour. I've got 3 delicious dishes; an app, a side, and a main that all incorporate that beautiful, green sauce. 

• Finally, I will be having a week full of Tomatoes! This week's dishes will utilize tomatoes in a variety of ways to really showcase their beauty and flavour. 3 great dishes with tomatoes in mind and flavour on the brain! Make sure to stay tuned!
