These tasty little biscuits are the perfect companion to a variety of dishes. They're nice and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Spread a little butter on these and they're so delicious! I used cheddar and fresh jalapenos but you could do so many savory varieties. Cater your biscuits to the style of food you're having and perhaps a similar flavour in a dish you're pairing them with.
Remember those delicious beans we made the other day? These biscuits would work beautifully with a little smear of those pureed beans. So tasty!
