There aren't many dishes that really scream "hearty winter food" quite like Chili and Pasta. Hearty and satisfying, you can't go wrong. You especially can't go wrong when you combine those two things and bake them under cheese!
This recipe was something I quickly whipped up and actually served in individual baking dishes versus one large dish. It's a simple and flavourful dish to prepare and the Ditali Pasta is so dense and hearty, it really works perfectly with chili!
You can really use any kind of pasta with this dish and it will be perfect! Whip it up the next time you are stuck inside on a cold evening and I know you'll fall in love!
