SPINACH & BASIL GNUDI
Now that I've mastered the art of the gnudi, it's easy enough to play around with the flavours and ingredients. For this recipe, I've incorporated
fresh spinach and basil into the gnudi mixture to amp up the green factor. These little ricotta dumplings are then tossed in a simple sauce of butter & EVOO, pepper flakes, and whipping cream. They're fluffy little pillows of deliciousness and I can't wait for you guys to enjoy them!
