I've got some great news for you guys! I mentioned a little while ago that I was in the beginning stages of putting together my very first ebook and I'm excited to announce that I have a concept, recipes picked out, and structure figured out. I'm so excited to be putting this book together and finally putting all of my focus into it. I've always been the kind of person who had a million ideas but never really focused on one idea and I'm super proud that I am finally buckling down and getting this done.
Putting out an ebook is something I've wanted to do for a while now but I was struggling to find the time to get things started between working both jobs and keeping up with the blog. All of that aside, I'm so excited to share with you guys the concept for the book!
HERE'S THE CONCEPT
I want to take care of the "what's for dinner" feeling by providing a months worth of delicious main course meals. All y'all will have to do is whip up a delicious side salad and dinner's done! There will be 31 fabulous vegetarian / vegan meals that you can keep handy when you're feeling like you don't know what to do for dinner. Each meal will feed 4 or more people and almost all of the meals can be frozen to use for future meals.
As I said, I've already picked the recipes and I'm going to go through them and make sure they're written to perfection before I start putting things together in an ebook style. I can't wait to share this with you guys and I'll make sure to keep you posted on the progress. I'm really going to try and have it published and available by the end of July so make sure to stick with me <3
