Ok, I have to admit something to you all that I am quite embarrassed out.
Recently I had seen "EVOO" bottles and was quite confused. What the heck were they?
Then I stumbled across a recipe that listed EVOO and I made the connection. . . Extra Virgin Olive Oil. I can not believe I couldn't put two and two together on that one. Growing up, I short formed and made abbreviations out of everything and THIS I couldn't figure out.
