Cruciferous veggies including Kale, Brussel Sprouts, Cabbage, and Broccoli have anti cancer properties that are so good for our bodies but we often cook them away. This is especially the case with Brussel Sprouts. They are SO DELICIOUS steamed, roasted, pan fried, baked...the list goes on and on. With all of that being said, they can also be delicious raw when prepared properly.
