I've finally got some time to start working on the final details of my sauces. Tonight I'll be working on figuring out pricing, batch size, and, taste. I'll be preparing a big ol' batch of sauce tonight and making sure I've got the flavours just right for sale. I'll also be determining the size of jar, jars per batch, and total cost of one batch of sauce. I am so excited to get things going and look forward to sharing updates on my sauce's progress!
