Here's the menu for next week y'all!
1. I'll be sharing a great lunch idea and a spruced up version of a grilled cheese. Grilled cheese is one of those sandwiches we all likely grew up with and although it is delicious just as it is, my version gives it a little something extra. Pepperjack and Cheddar Cheeses wedged between a layered Onion Bun and some crunchy veggie extras make up my Layered Grilled Cheese.
2. In the past, I made a cheesy Chipped Potato dish and that was the inspiration for this dish. I went with an Italian style twist to these Chipped Potatoes with a delicious sauce and fresh ricotta and bocconcini cheeses. I loved them and you will too!
3. Having an abundance of mini sweet peppers was the main inspiration behind this next dish. In Ontario, fresh produce is luckily grown year round thanks to Greenhouses in the Winter.
Fresh Tortellini pasta swimming in a beautiful Tomato and Sweet Pepper sauce that is just delicious.
