Pesto Cheese Ball

Holiday Parties are nothing without the cheese ball! We've included a cheese ball of some sort every year with our holiday spread and I've always loved them. Creamy and delicious, you really can't go wrong here and they are really versatile. You can really mix in all sorts of ingredients to cater your cheese ball to your own tastes or even to pair it with a theme or flavour from a dish.

This version is really gorgeous! Super flavourful pesto is added to the mix and the ball is gently rolled in a parmesan and parsley coating making for a delicious flavour combination!

Whip this up in advance because chill time is very important. Ideally, overnight is best but make sure to set aside AT LEAST AN HOUR to firm the cheese ball up otherwise you could end up with a pretty sad and deflated looking pile of green and white slop.
