Today's polenta recipe is one that I will be making again and again because the flavour combinations were literally perfect. Keeping the polenta itself simple allows the toppings to really shine, and that's what I've done with this recipe. I sauteed some mini button mushrooms with copious amounts of butter and fresh sage for a savoury topping to the polenta that is utterly delicious. Finished with grated parmesan for extra flavour and savouriness, this dish is beautiful to present and even more beautiful to eat!
